Fee Maxing Introduction
Thank you for starting down the road of fee maxing your property management business! This introductory course will begin with the basics that you need to start fee maxing. We will begin with some lessons dealing with things like mindset and implementation, and then we will dive into the individual fees.
Each fee that we discuss will have a lesson that talks about that fee in-depth, discusses pricing strategy, talks about implementation tips, and discusses how to justify that fee to your owners and tenants. Finally, each fee will include sample contract language for you to use in your lease, PMA, application, etc.
Please note that you should complete this course before the more advanced courses that follow, Behavioral Fees and Revenue Superchargers. While I know some of the material here will be old hat to some of you, I think it is important for everyone to start from the same foundation.
Finally, keep in mind that each lesson contains a discussion board where you are able to comment and ask questions. I will do my best to answer questions, and it's always great for everyone to chime in with suggestions and ideas.
